If your restaurant currently takes direct customer orders through GloriaFood, you need to plan how those orders will be handled after the platform is retired. Your ordering widget, menu URLs, payment arrangements and printed promotional material may all depend on that existing setup. The safest approach is to document the dependencies, build the replacement, test it thoroughly, and only then redirect customers.

This six-step plan reduces avoidable disruption. It is a guided manual transition checklist, not an automatic import or a guarantee of uninterrupted service.
List every ordering URL, website widget, Google Business Profile order link, social media button and printed QR code that currently sends customers to GloriaFood. Note the restaurant hours and any active promotions too.
Before the service ends, make a secure copy of menu categories, prices, item descriptions, photos you own, required options and modifiers, and your delivery/collection rules. Check GloriaFood's official export options and data-protection terms for any customer records. Hotna does not currently offer one-click GloriaFood imports.
Configure your restaurant name, brand, opening hours and menu in Hotna's restaurant dashboard. Recreate modifiers, allergy information, VAT-related settings where applicable, item availability and delivery zones carefully. A future menu import workflow is planned, not an available migration feature.
Connect your own Stripe account for online card payments. Configure pay-at-collection or pay-on-delivery if you choose to offer them. Prepare a compatible Android tablet and 80mm printer if your kitchen uses printed order tickets.
Use Hotna's website preview and publish controls. Check mobile ordering, product options, order totals, postcode eligibility, ASAP and scheduled ordering, payment handling, tablet receipt and kitchen printing. Use controlled test procedures; avoid creating unnecessary live paid customer orders.
Once your new site is ready, replace website buttons, QR codes, social links and your Google Business Profile order URL. If you use your own domain, plan the DNS or website integration change and allow for propagation. Keep the old ordering channel operational during preparation where possible, then verify customer journeys after switching.
The official GloriaFood homepage currently gives 30 April 2027 as its end-of-life date. Oracle's Food & Beverage website states 31 March 2027. Because these published dates differ, check your own notice and plan to finish migration well before the earlier date.
Not at present. Your menu and settings need to be recreated and checked in Hotna. We are planning menu-import improvements, but do not rely on automatic import for your switch.
Hotna supports restaurant-branded websites using a custom domain or a Hotna-hosted address. The exact DNS changes depend on how your current website and GloriaFood links are set up.
Do not assume records transfer automatically. Review the export and retention options provided in your GloriaFood account, applicable privacy obligations, and what data you are allowed to move. Hotna does not claim an automatic customer-data or order-history import.

It depends on the size of your menu, delivery rules, access to existing content, payment setup, branding and testing. Hotna does not promise a same-day or automatic migration. We recommend preparing and testing before redirecting real customers.
