Understand the customer Service fee.
A separate Service fee applies to customer online card orders and is presented at checkout before payment. It does not apply to pay-at-collection or pay-on-delivery orders. The current fee bands are:

The above bands are based on the gross food subtotal before promotional discounts, excluding delivery. Stripe payment-processing costs are separate from Hotna's restaurant commission and subscription. VAT presentation, annual pricing and final cancellation/refund terms are pending commercial approval and must be finalised before public launch.

Hotna Ordering is intended for independent food businesses that want a branded direct-order channel with service controls and kitchen receiving. It is not marketed as a replacement for full stock accounting, staff rostering or complex enterprise POS functions.
Counter Ticket for walk-ins and telephone orders
Use the existing menu and compatible kitchen printer to create local counter tickets. This add-on is not a complete cash-register POS.
